AIBS gladly will process an exchange or return of merchandise. An email requesting an exchange or return must be sent to AIBS within 7 days of receipt of the item.

To process  returns/refunds/exchanges, please send an email to dbos...@aibs.org. Indicate:

• the name under which the order was placed;
• the order number;
• whether you are requesting a refund/return or an exchange;

AIBS will pay for return shipping for any items that were damaged upon receipt. For all other returns or exchanges, the purchaser will be responsible for processing the return and paying return shipping fees, plus the shipping fees on new items to be sent.
